The summer vacation last year was one of the most memorable times in my life. I spent it with my family, and we decided to take a trip to a small seaside town called Qingdao.

Our journey began on a sunny Monday morning. We took a train early that day, and the ride was quite comfortable. When we arrived at Qingdao, the first thing we did was check into our hotel near the beach. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean, which made me feel excited.

The next day, we went to the beach. The sand was soft and warm under our feet, and the water was crystal clear. We played games like frisbee and built sandcastles. Later, we tried some local seafood at a nearby restaurant. The fish and shrimp were fresh and delicious, leaving a lasting impression on all of us.

On the third day, we visited a historical site called Zhan Bridge. It was fascinating to learn about the history and culture of Qingdao from the guide. In the evening, we strolled along the promenade, enjoying the cool breeze and the sound of waves.

Our last day was filled with shopping. We bought souvenirs for our friends and family back home. Before leaving, we enjoyed a final meal together, savoring every bite of the local delicacies.

Returning home was bittersweet. While I missed my friends and school, I was grateful for the wonderful experiences and memories I created during the holiday. It was a time of relaxation, adventure, and bonding with my loved ones.

Now, whenever I think about that trip, I am reminded of the joy and peace it brought to my life. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
